Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • The submission files are in Microsoft Word document file format.
  • Where available, URLs and DOI for the references have been provided.
  • The text of the material is compiled according to the template and instructions for filling out articles, citation format, etc., filling in the bibliography, presented on the website of the "KazGASA Bulletin".
  • The text meets the stylistic and bibliographic requirements described in the template for filling out articles, which can be found on the page "Sending materials".

Author Guidelines

Requirements and conditions for submitting articles to the scientific journal "Bulletin of KazBSQA"

  • By submitting the text of the work for publication in the journal, the author guarantees the correctness of all information about himself, the absence of plagiarism and other forms of illegal borrowing in the manuscript, and the proper design of all borrowings of the text, tables, diagrams, and illustrations.
  • The material proposed for publication must be original, previously unpublished in other print media.
  • Scientific, theoretical and experimental works on the problems of architecture, design, construction, materials science, social sciences and humanities are accepted for consideration.
  • The article should be a completed scientific work containing scientific novelty and/or practical significance, substantiation of the proposed provisions.
  • Articles in Russian, Kazakh and English are accepted for consideration.
  • It is allowed to publish in a journal issue only one article by the author (where he is the first author) and one in co-authorship (where he is not the first, but the second, third, etc.)
  • The article (with the exception of reviews) should contain new scientific results. Review articles should show the main problems of the field under consideration and reveal possible solutions. For all drawings from other articles, the authors must obtain permission to use the drawings from their owners.
  • It is allowed to publish in a journal issue only one article by the author (where he is the first author) and one in co-authorship (where he is not the first, but the second, third, etc.). 
  • Publications in the journal are paid for all authors, according to the "Tariffs of basic and additional educational and related services provided in the IEC"
  • Authors must provide information about themselves, including the following data: full names, names, full name of the organization, city, country – in Kazakh, Russian and English for Kazakhstani authors; in Russian and in English for authors from the CIS countries and in English for English-speaking authors; write the email and ORCID ID of each author (in the absence of this code, you should register on the website orcid.org
  • All articles must be generated according to this template (in Russian, in English, in Kazakh)

All submitted articles receive feedback from at least two reviewers who are among the leading experts in this scientific field. The name of the reviewer and other information about him are not disclosed.

  • The corresponding author, submitting his manuscript to the journal as a representative of the entire author's team of the submitted article, guarantees that this article has not been published anywhere and is not under consideration by the editorial board of other journals by signing the copyright form.  The corresponding author must fill it out and upload it to the website along with the article.
