Abstract

Abstract. The article discusses the features of the formation of Baku city housing architecture. In the course of the study, the influence of new socio-economic and technological factors on the residential architecture of the capital of Azerbaijan was determined. The example of the Port Baku Residence residential complex shows the architectural and planning features of a modern luxury dwelling in the rapidly developing largest city of Transcaucasia.
