Bulletin of the Kazakh Leading Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering is a peer-reviewed open access scientific journal in architecture and civil engineering.
The journal is included in the List of Publications recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for publishing the main results of scientific research.
The journal publishes original research articles and review papers in architecture, urban planning, construction, building materials and structures, engineering systems, geotechnics, earthquake-resistant construction, digital technologies and architectural and civil engineering education.
Publication frequency: four issues per year. Submissions: accepted year-round through OJS. Language policy: the main manuscript text is submitted in English; the title, abstract, keywords, author information and metadata are provided in English, Kazakh and Russian.
All manuscripts undergo editorial screening, originality checking in StrikePlagiarism and double-blind peer review by at least two specialists. Detailed procedures are available in the Editorial Policy, Peer Review and Publication Ethics sections.

Editorial statistics
Editorial statistics for 2026: 129 submissions were registered in the journal system; 35 submissions were published, 49 were not accepted for publication after editorial screening and/or review, and 45 are in the editorial workflow.
International indexing
The journal does not claim current indexing in Scopus or Web of Science until official inclusion in the relevant databases. The editorial policy, English-language metadata, DOI assignment, peer-review procedure, reference requirements and publication ethics are being developed with regard to Scopus and Web of Science criteria for a future application for international indexing.
